President
The chief administrator of the panchayat. Leads development activities and administrative procedures.
Vice President
Provides assistance in administrative activities. Performs administrative duties in the absence of the President.
Standing Committees
These are committees that govern development, finance, health, and education.
Development Standing Committee
Development projects are being implemented. They aim at people's welfare and infrastructure development.
Standing Committee on Finance
Controls the income and expenses of the Panchayat.
Health and Education Committee
Committee that regulates health and education activities.
Standing Committee on Welfare Affairs
Implementing public welfare projects. Aiming at social security and welfare activities.
Other subcommittees
It is formed for activities in specific areas. It provides assistance for projects.
Assistant Secretary
Assistance in administrative and office activities. Responsible for the coordination of Kudumbashree welfare schemes and implementation of Scheduled Caste development schemes.
Junior Superintendent/Head Clerk
Performs daily office operations, file procedures, and supervises employees.
Head Accountant
Arranges financial transactions, income and expense accounts, budgets, taxes, and financial records.
Senior Clerk
Coordinates office documents, administrative procedures, operations of various sections, and file verification.
Clerk
Manages files and documents. Manages tax collection, applications, office registers, and ward services.
Office Attendant & Others
Assists with office operations, transfers documents, and arranges office space, etc.

A general meeting of the people of the panchayat. Development plans and public needs are discussed and suggestions are submitted.
