Working Groups are a very important mechanism in the Panchayat planning process . These are thematic committees formed to provide technical and practical support for the preparation and implementation of the Panchayat's development plans. They act as "think tanks" that help make the development activities of the Panchayat scientific and popular.

- ✅ Project formulation: Prepare practical project reports.
- ✅ Prioritization: Advise the planning committee on the priority of projects.
- ✅ Technical Support: Provide support for projects through precise guidelines.
